Funded-Help Heal Panchito’s Injured Hip

It's unclear what causedsweet Panchito's injuries, but it was very clear when he arrived at a Houston shelter that he needed immediate care. Panchito’s right hip is dislocated and his left tibia fractured. Whilehehas somehow remained in good spirits,his limp shows that this pretty husky has certainly been in a lot ofpain. Panchito's chances of adoption without treatment are slim to none.

Surgery is imperative toPanchito's recovery. He'll needtwo costly orthopedic operations: a femoral head ostectomy to improve hip mobility, anda cross-pinning of his tibia fracture to relieve his leg pain. After surgery, Panchito will undergophysical therapy to help him adjust. Then, he can pursue his dreams of running and playing without pain once again!
